4 ideas for choosing the right plants for condo residents with a green heart

“A tree without leaves is like a heart without feelings.” So is city life. If you have to live in a condo or a narrow dormitory where you can only look at square rooms, you will feel depressed that you don’t want to do anything. So, let’s freshen up our room with some plants. But if you still don’t know what to plant, let’s put these ideas to your mind.

  1. A hardy tree… suitable for people who do not have time

If you’re short on time and have no time because you have to work or study on Monday to Friday and would like to hang out, shopping, go back home on weekend, cacti might be a good choice as they are easy to grow. Just take it out in the morning or evening sun. Be careful not to get too much sun or the plants will burn and water enough to moisten the soil once a week.

Not just the cute little green stems, but some well-bred varieties will have brightly colored flowers to admire. Put it on your desk to absorb radiation from your computer. I recommend you to this plant!

  1. Trees to purify the air… Rare item to heal fatigue.

Besides being used to decorate various corners, the condo is more pleasant to live in. The trees help absorb pollution and purify the air as well. Especially PM2.5 dust that is a big problem in cities these days.

Try Monstera, Indian Tires, Delhi, Sai Baisak, or Lfilo. In addition to allowing us to breathe fully in the room, these plants also have beautiful leaves for us to take pictures and show off to our friends.

  1. Livable condo with a fulfilled heart with lucky plants

Enhance your life with auspicious plants such as emerald wagyu to bring good fortune, dragon tongue to ward off bad luck, bamboo guanyin to enhance wealth or golden pothos to make life smooth and happy.

In addition to enhancing prosperity, these trees also change the environment in the condo to be beautiful and shady. Maintenance is not difficult, just keep watering when the land dries, placing it in a sunny spot and fertilizing once a month.

  1. Small space is not a problem…let’s plant hanging plants.

Small and light, not difficult to buy, inexpensive and easy to care for, “hanging plants” are suitable for planting in condos with very limited space. Plus, it’s also available in many varieties and styles. It can be green foliage, unusual shapes or colorful flowers.

But choosing a hanging plant to plant in a condo must take into account the direction in which the light enters. If the window of the room faces the west, the afternoon to evening sunlight will be in full swing. Therefore, it is best to choose a plant that need a lot of sun exposure such as Soi Nang Krong, Tillancia, Petunia or Fuchsia. Other directions that are less exposed to light must choose a plant that likes little sun exposure, such as Dave Heart, Dave Bag, Chong Nang Klee, or Ears of Rice.

Even with a narrow space, if your heart is open, you can “plant a tree” anywhere. You just have to be determined to study the nature of each tree before planting and take good care of it to increase freshness, happiness and purify the air. More importantly, it also helps absorb carbon dioxide that is a major cause of global warming called Cultivated Cool. So, what are you waiting for? Let’s go “plant and reduce global warming”.
