ZERO TO ONE แบ่งช่วงของการสร้างธุรกิจสตาร์ทอัพออกเป็น 3 ระยะ 🐣 HATCH Stage [Problem-Solution fit] : การหาและทดสอบปัญหาว่ามีอยู่จริงหรือไม่ พร้อมทั้งหาและทดสอบวิธีแก้ปัญหาว่าสามารถช่วยลูกค้าแก้ปัญหาได้จริงหรือไม่ โดยใช้เวลาประมาณ 4 เดือน 🐥 WALK Stage [Product-Market fit] : การทดสอบ product และ business model ผ่าน Minimum Viable Product (MVP) ว่าสามารถสร้างคุณค่าจนลูกค้าขาดมันไม่ได้ และทดสอบความเป็นไปได้ในการขยายผลในอนาคต โดยใช้เวลาประมาณ 12 เดือน 🐤 FLY Stage [Scale up] : การเร่งธุรกิจให้เติบโตอย่างก้าวกระโดด เพื่อพิสูจน์ให้เห็นว่าธุรกิจของคุณนั้นมีศักยภาพที่จะเติบโตได้อีกมากในอนาคตเพื่อการระดมเงินทุนรอบถัดไป โดยใช้เวลาประมาณ 18 เดือน

HATCH คืออะไร

HATCH เป็น step แรกในโครงการสร้างธุรกิจสตาร์ทอัพของ SCG ที่จะช่วยบ่มเพาะคนที่มีไอเดียและมี passion ในการสร้างธุรกิจเข้ามาเรียนรู้ ทดลองและทำจริง เริ่มตั้งแต่การเข้าใจปัญหาของลูกค้า การหาแนวทางแก้ปัญหาที่ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการนั้น โดยมีผลลัพธ์ของระยะ HATCH คือ Problem-Solution fit และนอกจากนี้ยังเป็นโอกาสสำคัญที่จะต่อยอดเพื่อสร้างเป็น new business ให้กับ SCG ในอนาคต
