The collaborative project under Circular Economy concept that utilize used lube gallon in production process as raw materials. The project receives collaboration from stakeholders throughout the production life cycle including resin producer, converter, brand owner, service center, consumer and recycler.
Emptied lube gallon go to recycling process from Bangchak services stations and garages for cleaning, crushing, melting and the recycling into plastic pellets. Such recycled materials then must head to a drum manufacturer who will create quality packaging by blending them with new plastic pellets. The mixture formula innovated by chemicals business must be tested and proven that it can deliver lube packaging that is durable, up to standard, and live up to quality warranty.
